cupcake recipe yesterday. As you can see, Derrick's a great help in the kitchen! The recipe was called "Izzie's cupcakes," as in fellow-baker Izzie Stevens from Grey's Anatomy. Grey's fans may remember the psychic that helped her recall the secret ingredient? I halved the recipe and it worked well. As if my week couldn't get better, my favorite neighbors came by last night to catch up over dinner. Joe, Megan and Baby Baureis shared cheesy potatoes, chicken and "Meg" pudding pie for dinner. You'll have to ask Megan for the potato recipe (awesome), but I can share the great chicken marinade soon. I'll definitely be making it again!
