You know it's winter when...

... you put concealer under your eyes and go ahead and blend it down your nose and cheeks because it's a better match than your "Cream" foundation (btw, "Cream" is lighter than "Fair" and "Ivory")

... you open the door to take out the trash and decide it's a better idea to toss it as far, as close as you can to the Herbie Curbie so you don't have to actually step outside

... you don't remember the last time you had solid circulation through your fingers and feet

All true.

I'm cold.

And I know I've never experienced a "northern" cold... but damn.

Wow. It may not even be cold enough here for that much snow to STICK and I'm in pain. You are a passionate ski bum, in your element. And I love it!
