The places you'll go...

It's been a while... and I've been busy!

Over the past 6 weeks, I've taken 8 road trips:
  1. Oklahoma City, OK (Coldplay concert): 14 hours, 940 mi round trip
  2. Fayetteville, AR (UA Homecoming): 10 hr, 640 mi
  3. Chattanooga, TN (IO psychology conference): 10.5 hr, 690 mi
  4. Fayetteville (OAR concert): 10 hr, 640 mi
  5. Kentucky (Thanksgiving/Christmas = Thanksmas): 13 hr, 850 mi
  6. Tunica, MS (casino with Gma and family): 1.75 hr, 80 mi
  7. Kentucky (Derrick was in a wedding): 6.75 hr, 350 mi
  8. Heber Springs (Luke's first birthday): 6 hr, 270 mi
Total: 72 hours, 4,460 miles

Wow. It feels like it too. I realize many people travel a lot, or for work, but being out of the house for so many weekends in a row is new to me! The mileage and addition was more for my benefit than anyone reading... I was curious. Now we're in town until Christmas Eve, which we'll spend with my family.

In October I got to spend a couple of days with Megan and Luke while Luke was under the weather. Here's a little video from our visit - snack time with Aunt Jules:

There's more fun to share and I will be sure to do so soon. I've been so lucky to travel and visit friends and family over the past few weeks. The semester has ended and now it's time for another transition into spring semester. I can hardly believe it!

You are quite the jet setter! Driving all over the place, all while going to classes, taking tests and not missing a beat at work, I am sure. I hope you and Derrick can spend some relaxing, quality time together at home!
