Today I celebrate my friend Cindy K. Marlin Lofton (see beautiful bride above). It's her birthday and I've been thinking about her allll day long. Derrick even interrupted my hair drying this morning to remind me. But I was already thinking of CK and how I would celebrate her birthday with something we both love - pumpkin oatmeal. So I did. It was the first can of pumpkin I've opened this season and it's just as good as I remember. To continue my celebration of Cindy and pumpkin I thought I would post a recipe for her. I looked and looked and looked and nothing really caught my interest. Then out of the blue, Kate sends me 4 new pumpkin recipes! She must have known. Thanks, Kate.
